NookLight — Return & Refund Policy

At NookLight, we want every reader to love their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Returns must be approved before you ship anything back. Email us at nookspirit@outlook.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions and address. Items sent back without prior approval can't be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right quickly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, please reach out to us at nookspirit@outlook.com.

Order Cancellations & Changes
Need to cancel or change your order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll take care of it. After that window, your order may have already entered processing and can't be modified.

Non-Returnable Items
The following can't be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Any custom or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items
Your NookLight lantern is carefully packed, but if it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at nookspirit@outlook.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
