NookLight — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NookLight! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after your order ships, depending on your location within the US. Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: a flat rate calculated at checkout
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $49

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update once the carrier scans your package. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, reach out and we'll look into it.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, high-volume periods (like holidays), or weather. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we're always here to help track things down.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. NookLight isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, email us within 24 hours at nookspirit@outlook.com and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at nookspirit@outlook.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (with photos, if damaged) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
